Can I set up recurring donations?

Yes. You can choose the amount, frequency, and payment method once, and the system will process it automatically.

What payment methods are supported?

We support card payments, bank transfers, and multiple IBANs (RON, EUR, USD). Apple Pay and Google Pay are in progress.

How secure are online donations?

All transactions are encrypted, GDPR-compliant, and securely stored. Donor data is never shared. We use Stripe to integrate the payment processing for a secure payment experience.

Can members track their giving history?

Yes. Each donor sees a full history of one-time gifts, recurring donations, and financial promises directly in their profile.

What are financial promises?

Financial promises (pledges) help members commit to monthly or yearly giving. These are tracked with progress bars to support church budget planning.

Can we customize the donation page?

Yes. Leaders can edit the donation page text, add visuals, and configure IBANs and SWIFT details in the settings.
