What is the delay (latency) of the AI translation?

Our system features ultra-low latency, processing and delivering the translated audio in 5-10 seconds. This ensures that the audio stream stays perfectly synced with the speaker’s live body language and visual presentation.

Can we mix AI translation with our own human translators?

Yes, absolutely. Our platform is completely hybrid. If you already have a human translator on-site, you can use our system purely as a digital distribution channel. Your translator speaks into the dashboard, and the audio is streamed directly to the audience’s phones, saving you thousands on headset rental gear.

How accurate is the AI translation with technical or religious terms?

Extremely accurate, because you control the context. By using our Custom AI Instructions (System Prompting), you can pre-educate the AI on specific theological phrases, names, or industry jargon before the event starts, ensuring a deeply accurate and respectful translation.

What happens if the AI translates a word incorrectly or says something inappropriate?

We built the Negative Keywords Filter specifically for this. You can input a list of forbidden words or sensitive phrases before your event. If the AI encounters or attempts to generate those terms, it will automatically bypass or replace them with safe, contextual alternatives.
