Who receives the serving request?
Every person you assign. You review the assignments, then send all requests with a single click.
Can I reuse the same template every Sunday?
Yes. A template sets the departments, seats and default people, and you use it for any event.
Can I add my own positions?
Yes. Add positions under Settings → Planning. A position added to a category appears automatically in every template with that department.
